How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days after receiving a cleared payment. In times of high volume, if there is a delay youwill be notified as soon as possible.

Due to most items being customized we do not accept returns. However, if you have a complaint, please email us and we will try to fix the problem.
